Are all sales final?
Yes, due to the nature of sample sales and the deep discounts offered, all items are sold 'as-is' and all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
When do you release new designer sales?
We launch new designer events weekly. To stay updated on our upcoming physical and online sales, we recommend signing up for our newsletter or following us on social media.
How long does shipping take for online orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note that during high-volume sale events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Our prices are already significantly marked down from retail value. Therefore, we generally do not allow the stacking of multiple promotional codes unless specifically stated.
What is the condition of the items sold?
Items range from production samples and showroom displays to overstock inventory. While most items are in excellent condition, some may have minor imperfections, which is why they are offered at such significant discounts.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to accommodate international designer enthusiasts in the future.
